NOVEMBER BEREAVEMENT MASS
We will be celebrating a Mass on Friday 6th November
at 7.30pm for all those who have died this past 12 months.
If you would like a loved one who has died this past year
remembered at this Mass please leave their name on the
sheet in the sacristy after any Mass or see Fr. Paul. It is a
Mass which gives thanks to God for the life of that person
and also to pray for those coming to terms with the
recent death of a loved one.
REMEMBERING SOULS IN NOVEMBER
November has traditionally been a time to remember
loved ones who have died. If you would like to have
your loved ones prayed for during the month and on the
First Friday of each month through the year please take
one of the lists and envelopes at the back of the church
and return it before the 1st of November. You can drop
it into the Sacristy after any Mass, drop it into the Parish
Office during office hours or drop it into the safe on the
back wall. Thank you.
ENROLMENT CEREMONY FOR 1ST HOLY COMMUNION
Our Enrolment Ceremony will be taking place in the church
on Monday, 19th October at 7.30pm for the children of
St. Mochta’s N.S. and on Tuesday, 20th October at
7.30pm for the children of St. Patrick’s N.S. The
Candidates will be enrolled on our Parish programme for
preparation and one parent/guardian must attend this
ceremony with their children. Please keep them in
your prayers. Thank you.
The Parish Bethany Bereavement Support Group will
hold the October monthly meeting for the Bereaved at
7.30pm on Monday, 2nd November in the Parish Centre.
